End Unfair Charges on Leaseholders

Leaseholders across London are being ripped off. Many are forced to pay unreasonable service and estate management charges, unfair ground rents, and face poor building management — all while Labour promised to take action and has failed to deliver.

It’s time for change.

We call on the government and local councils to:

Abolish ground rents on all existing leases
Cap unreasonable service and management charges
Give leaseholders the power to take collective control of management companies and common areas

No one should be forced to pay inflated bills for their own home or be left powerless in how their building is run.
