Join us to celebrate International Women's Day with inspirational women in leading political roles in London.
Speakers: Lib Dem Mayoral Candidate, Cllr Luisa Porritt, former MEP will Chair a discussion with the Leaders of Sutton and Kingston Councils, Cllrs Ruth Dombey and Caroline Kerr. They will be joined by Caroline Pidgeon AM MBE who has an impressive record of 23 years of public service, including the last 12 in City Hall and Cllr Hina Bokhari, who is strongly tipped to be elected in May as the first ever Muslim woman on the London Assembly.
Format: Luisa will chair a discussion with these experienced, dedicated women about their lives, careers and achievements. Questions will be welcomed and the conversation will be frank and fun. No political background is necessary as this is your chance to find out more and (hopefully) to stand for election yourself.
Cost: Free, but a voluntary donation to elect our brilliant Lib Dem women in May would be gratefully appreciated.
