Emily Davey is a housing Solicitor. She is passionate about housing and tackling London’s housing crisis. She said “Twenty years ago I started out working in homelessness and housing in London now twenty years on it is no better if anything it is worse for people trying to afford somewhere to live in London.”
Emily started in Legal Aid and has worked for and represented social and private landlords, tenants and leaseholders. She works for the Chartered Institute of Housing and Shelter and volunteers regularly at her local homeless advice centre. Emily lives with her husband and two children in Surbiton.
