Zack Polanski is the Liberal Democrat candidate both for Barnet & Camden and on the Assembly List.
His work is varied and covers working in the Arts as an actor and director, working with young people at various schools and universities to faciliate political and social change and also a counsellor working with people with mental health issues.
A passionate advocate for equality and opportunity, he is particularly passionate about fighting to ensure that all people have the same opportunities regardless of their background.
Originally from Manchester, he moved to London via Aberystwyth and Atlanta, Georgia where he studied in different disciplines. A keen cyclist and now, after a decade of living in the capital, he absolutely loves the thriving communities that London has to offer.
A member of the London International Gospel Choir who have performed backing on the X Factor, a concert for Prince Charles and sang the anthems at the Rugby World Cup in Twickenham.
He has also worked at various BAME LGBT events across the capital and is a keen supporter of many community arts organisations.
2016 will involve co-directing a project funded by the European Union to promote social solidarity in youngsters from across the continent through art and social cohesion.
