#LibDemPint is coming to Richmond: With Caroline Pidgeon, Merlene Emerson and Rob Blackie. Don't miss it!

It’s time for the first ever #LibDemPint in Richmond! We’re adding to the growing number of #LibDemPints that are happening across London and around the country. Keep them coming! It’s you who make every #LibDemPint successful and fun. And please feel free to share this with people who aren't yet members.

We are delighted to announce three great speakers on 24 August in Richmond:

Caroline Pidgeon is Leader of the Liberal Democrat London Assembly Group, Deputy Chair of the London Assembly's Transport Committee and Deputy Chair of the Police and Crime Committee.

Merlene Emerson is Chair of Twickenham and Richmond Liberal Democrats and Vice-Chair of Chinese LibDems. The Chinese LibDems exist to explore ways of reaching out to the Chinese community in the UK and to establish better understanding between the UK and China.

Rob Blackie, is an expert in smart campaigning. On his website Rob says “if we are going to win in London next year we have to be smart by recognising that busy Londoners have so many demands on their time. We have to be focused, interesting and fun if we’re going to be successful.”

Since the event was first advertised, the shortlist for the London Assembly List candidates have been announced. All 16 of the List Candidates have been invited to this event. Please come along to meet your prospective candidates and any attending on the night will have the chance to introduce themselves to you.
