MyLondon: Sadiq Khan rival's 'London passport' plan and what it actually means

Rob Blackie proposes a post-Brexit 'London passport'  - a new document that would confirm the rights of EU citizens living in London. Under these proposals, there would be a promise of legal action if the Home Office 'fails to correctly implement the EU withdrawal agreement'.

Commenting, Rob said:

“As Liberal Democrat Mayor I will campaign to fix the damage done by Brexit, and bring in a London passport to protect London’s EU citizen rights.”
